It automatically drops the screenshot as a PNG on the desktop. I'd have no problem with that (and neither would the Office apps) but the PNG is somehow compressed. Unfortunately I didn't keep the originals, I just copy/pasted into the presentation. Now I know all I have to do is open the screenshot and do a "Save As..." and then go and do an Insert > Image > From File... An extra step and a hard lesson to learn.
