Decisions are painful for a Libra; decisions close down other options; decisions put an end to the endlessly interesting debate about the pros and cons of all the possible options; decisions force you to actually take a side at last. Decisions are therefore be postponed as long as possible, at which point someone more impatient will probably make it for you with any luck, both relieving you of the anxiety and giving you a scapegoat if it turns out to be the wrong one.
