		<description>BTW, a refinement would be to categorize your "TO DO" such that your list is "life balanced" over say a weeks worth of time.  For a better appreciation of what constitutes a balanced life, look at Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".

Then, you have accomplished your tasks and balanced your life --- all without (or limited) Email.</description>
