One of the pairs of was white dress shoes that I learned was absolutely uncomfortable after having worn them once. I took them back and went to my trusted sales rep and explained how uncomfortable they were. He said, "No problem" and shot me a smile along with a 100% refund back, even though they were white and had obviously gotten scuffed up after only 1 night's wear. They really mean "satisfaction guaranteed!" I also bought a top from there which I noticed the stitching on some shirring was coming undone. They took it to the back to the alterations to fix it *and* gave me a 20% discount on the item. I'm definitely a customer for life.
